I have an issue with my credit card at the moment and have had to make alternate arrangements with my web host to be paid, as they were to be paid via credit card through 2checkout.com. Both Friendlier.com, my host, and 2checkout.com, the credit card processing company have been excellent to deal with through this issue.
When I had realized that 2c0 (2 checkout) had still been trying to secure the payment, after a couple attempts, I tried to contact them via the return info in the email I received. I was not successful in making the necessary change on the site (an area of improvement for usability, I guess - maybe I’m just too numb to navigate it, though), so I called their phone number for assistance. Its just after 8am AST this morning and someone was there. Not only did she understand what I needed, she acted on it quickly and efficiently. So, thank you for excellent service, cc_rep_05. You’re an asset to your company.
