I have to say that Firefox 3 is rendering really fast! Has the Firefox team succeeded in creating on the client side of things a compliment for what Apache accomplished in the Server community more than a decade ago? Opera, Bu Bye!!! We have achieved speed and full-page F11 functionality so your services are no longer required! hahah

Could I be more biased? hehe
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('3675','Devin','I have to say that Firefox 3 is rendering really fast!
What I've done to get around this annoying Firefox 3 feature is to type in:

about:config

in the URL bar and set "browser.urlbar.maxRichResults" to 0.

This will return ZERO results.

What I've actually done is set it to "3" so it still has the feature which I don't mind too much but it doesn't take over the full screen. I have a fast computer too so I haven't noticed any slowdown as of yet!

I have to agree with you Corey. Firefox 3 is looking pretty good!

As for Opera I haven't used it in over 2 months. Its just too buggy in Linux though in Windows I've never had issues with it.

Plus, shouldn't we be supporting the free gpl versions of software? Yes, I am a Nvidia whore in linux because I love gaming but there are no other viable opensource options that give decent 3D in linux.
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('3674','devin','What I\'ve done to get around this annoying Firefox 3 feature is to type in:\n\nabout:config\n\nin the URL bar and set \"browser.urlbar.maxRichResults\" to 0.\n\nThis will return ZERO results.\n\nWhat I\'ve actually done is set it to \"3\" so it still has the feature which I don\'t mind too much but it doesn\'t take over the full screen.
