I’ve cleaned up my privacy policy and terms of use page. Have a look, especially if you like commenting. Email me with concerns if you want. I’ll also be modifying the page that one sees when stopped by common spam words in their comments so that it is clear that I want to know that you’re human and really want to comment.
Oops! I forgot that I had already edited the “spammer” page! Real people only, please.
Okay, I’m fine with your privacy policy and terms of use. Too bad if I wasn’t he?…lol. I’ll try to abide by it
You’re a sweetie, skye. Your comments are always welcome! you know that, don’t you?
It’s an interesting approach to fighting comment spam, MrCorey. I’m sure all the spammers will now quake in their boots.

On a serious note, I liked reading that. I might do something like that myself.
I thought that it was about time to update it properly. I had added a bit about what was new and used the <strike> html tag to show what was “removed”, but that was a while back. I thought that linking to the correct host was a good idea as well. Which reminds me, I need to get my affiliate code (free hosting for referrals is good in my book!).
I’m curious. Which feed fingerprinting plugin do you use? I’m thinking of adding one so I can hunt down and kill sploggers.
That would be Maxpower’s Digital Fingerprint plugin. I snagged it just after Lorelle Van Fossen discovered it.
