…unless you drive a gas-guzzling 4-wheeled vehicle. You can’t go through the late night drive through if you have an environmentally friendly bicycle - at least that’s the story tonight at the North Side Fredericton location. BTW, dude who works there, if you get fired because you’re intolerant, then get another shitty job - you deserve to get canned for such an irresponsible environmental attitude.
Dear, that’s the policy at most drive-thru’s. It’s a safety concern if people walk or bicycle up to it. Heck, they don’t even want you doing that at drive-thru ATM’s…lol
I know there’s a reason for this bad behavior, but I’ve always disliked the exclusionary policy. There’s got to be a better way.
I salute you for having the courage to try! If it had been me, I would have been too afraid for not “fitting in” like everyone else but you said to hell with it and went for it! So I tip my hat off to you! As for drive through ATMS I have used them in person but only at night when noone was looking.
I don’t know if David Suzuki eats meat (although he has confessed to showering with a friend to conserve water), but if he pulled up to an atm or Wendy’s drive-thru in his oversize belching diesel tour bus, would he scolded or adulated.
