That's why you see so many shared IP addresses from those countries. Even as connected as South Korea is, Internet cafes are more popular there than home connections. I tried Bad Behavior once. It blocked Hari (above) 30 minutes after I turned it off because I had WP-Cache running. I'm on BSNL broadband connection with dynamic IP so it keeps changing every time I switch it on. I sometimes come across a blacklisted IP address from time to time.
