So, Caleb is home from school today, due to the storm that’s been blanketing the eastern seaboard.  Its a biggie after all.  When I got up at 6am, there was no snow, but that’s changed.  So, now the school kids get Thursday to Monday off.  Lucky.

    They closed school for this?
Ahhh! You know what? It’s the teachers that want the extra long weekend. It wasn’t that bad of a day. WE had worse and they never closed school for it.

    LOL

“Hey! It’s a long weekend. We can use this as an excuse to get an extra long weekend off if we play ouir cards right!”

It was wet snow. Wasn’t blowing. It was just HUGE chunks of fluff.

I would have done the same thing

My kids start spring break tomorrow. All next week off they will be. Y’all can have that white stuff now. We are under a freeze warning tonight so I had to go out and cover all my veggies so they don’t freeze.

sounds like you all have it rough. Poor poor people. I enjoyed 35 degree Celcius temperatures and 10-20 percent humidity yesterday after I jumped into my 21 C pool to clean in up in preparation for it to open to the public tomorrow. I even enjoyed a casual stroll through a Afghanistan crafters market today and bought a few trinkets for loved ones,( sorry Corey your not included but I could get you a burned copy of almost anymovie you wnat or tv series and even some 2-3-4-or-5 in one disc movies where more then half the movies will actually work on most DVD players!!) I can’t wait for summer though, they tell of 50 plus C degree temps during the peak of the day. I can see green off in the distance from the top of my water towers though, I think it is probably Marijuana growing 6 feet tall, but it is green.
