I'll call it the Latin reunion! It'll have to be eggy french toast, perhaps with salt and pepper (or maybe Cilantro) with slsa and cheddar/monterey broiled on top. Too bad I ran out of salsa. Like your thoughts, by the way. I've always had it with Maple Syrup. I used to have Ketchup on my eggs when I was younger though, but not anymore.
