That is a good point I overlooked about viewing the the situation in context. I would be interested in seeing the full act from beginning to disastrous finale.
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('1552','devin','That is a good point I overlooked about viewing the the situation in context.
Actually there was a full movie file of the entire show on the website of the comedy club. I watched it Saturday morning and the hecklers were using racial words against Richards. They were throwing the Jew word and Honkie, Trailer trash. They were very clear , unfortunately the media cut all that out and made Richards look like the bad person.
Both the hecklers and Richards were in the wrong and need to grow up. But from what I saw, I probably would have snapped at them assholes too.
I should have snagged the WMV file while they had it up there. I'm sure it'll make it's way to YouTube sooner or later.
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('1551','MacBros','Actually there was a full movie file of the entire show on the website of the comedy club.
I was going to rant a bit about the whole controversy, but it seems that there's not going to be proper exposure to what really happened that night before the camera started to roll. Shame on the person who captured it and didn't put it in context before they released their one-sided video to the public. Now we won't know for sure what made his button get pushed. it was still an inappropriate response, regardless.

I like the sentences that are actually questions. Sometimes it makes for subject matter for future blog articles(although there might be a new category soon, starting with "F" and ending in "iction" - you never know).
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('1550','Corey','I was going to rant a bit about the whole controversy, but it seems that there\'s not going to be proper exposure to what really happened that night before the camera started to roll.
Michael Richards really lost it. Given his dynamic range why did he fail so badly? Is it fair to call Mr. Richards a racist even though he denied it? Was his apology genuine on the David Letterman show? It seemed genuine to me but was a dark but true aspect of his spirit exposed? Are we all racist like Mike Malloy of Nova M radio claims? Do we all have elements of tribalism? Will I ever say a sentence that is not phrased as a a question? :silly:
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('1549','devin','Michael Richards really lost it.
