Since International Talk Like a Pirate day is over, I figured that I’d re-write all my blog posts in plain modern english again. Now, that could have been a lot of work, had I not had some help. Those in the know, know.
So, I got gas this morning and it’s the first time since spring that its been less than $1.00/litre. I paid $0.979 for regular unleaded. That’s 6 cents less than my previous gas up. I wonder if it’ll ever dip below $0.90 ever again. I miss those price wars where it was under $0.40/l. Maybe someday, we’ll just use dirt to fill up.
Not up on my conversions but I paid, $2.09 a gallon yesterday.
They’re expecting this Friday to be really low as it’s sellin’ at just over $60/barrel.
One US gallon is 3.7854118 litres and today’s currency exchange is 0.887488 USD for one CAD, so that means that I paid $3.29USD/USgal, so that’s a lot better than this time last year, when it worked out to $4.11/gal. Considering that a few years ago, I gassed up in Orient, ME at an expensive $1.29/gal, the prices are a bit different these days.
So, today I came into work brisk and early and started making 15 inch extra-large square pizzas for Coreys work place! In all, 65 square pizzas were ordered at a massive price approaching the 700 dollar limit! Did you get to consume any of my wonderful Pizzas, Corey? I made it just for you! heheh
What was the special occasion anyway? Hopefully you will be able to order much more pizza from us in the future!
Pssst devin. Give Corey those “special mushrooms” on his slices.
Mmmmmmmmushroom! I did get several slices of the pie! Its our 5 year anniversary, so they celebrated. Good pizza, dood!
Wow! Way to Go! Five years!!!!!! I’ll tell the folks back at Pizza Delight what the special occassion was!!! Hopefully the pizza you liked was the pizza I made. (I confess I diddn’t make all 65)
