Tagged and Bagged: snow
So, I was driving to work today and got started up Hanwell Rd, which used to be a wicked bike ride down because of its long slope and curves. About 1/3 of the way up, I see big chunks of white stuff on the lawns of about 15 houses. No, this wasn’t snow. It was Styrofoam.
I am guessing that a truck with the ozone killer in it must have encountered a gust of wind and the contents blew off. So, who cleans up in this case? Its a big mess. I know that the homeowners will likely be the ones to clean up their yards, but, since nobody stopped to pick up their mess, who is responsible? Does it matter in the end?
Now there’s a triple take post title.
What? No Pics?
