Some comic relief from an email I received:

“I have an earache.”

2000 BC – Here, eat this root.
1000 AD – That root is heathen, say this prayer.
1850 AD – That prayer is superstition, drink this potion.
1940 AD – That potion is snake oil, swallow this pill.
1985 AD – That pill is ineffective, take this antibiotic.
2000 AD – That antibiotic is artificial. Here, eat this root.

    LMAO There was a news segment about this last night, saying that it may be best to wait a few days before administering antibiotics if your child has an earache.

    Just a prime example of why I don’t ever intend to quit eating eggs. LOL
