I don’t know, you tell me
RockStar Supernova is the only reality show I watch anymore, mostly because I prefer that type of music and it’s not as hokey as some of the other reality shows. Though, last week’s ganging up on…ummmmmmm (Mac, help me out)…whats-her-face, was starting to look like some of the other shows (e.g., American’s Next Super Model).
If I see one more has-been celebrity reality show, I think I’m gonna puke.
Her name is Delana, I believe. If you want to call her classless, self-centered, ambitious, driven, trash-talking gossip, who happens to have a stage presence and a voice. Or, you could call her something else.
I thought that they did dwell on it a bit long, but I also think that was part of the band’s agenda. I think that they want to have a cohesive group and it doesn’t look like they believe that she’d be a team player. So, they chose to draw a little blood, showing how others demonstrated class when interviewed, when she didn’t.
And, what’s with the band’s choice being in the bottom three? This is nearly as bad as Big Brother.
forget the lame spewing about the contestants…..im amazed and appalled that 3 old farts are doing this in the first place….other than it was an idea the producers thought would make them alot of money? first of all the house band should never be so frighteningly better than the band the singers are all trying to get into. indivdually as players SN suck. collectively they have history with some of the greatest rock bands ever. however;it was evident to me in the first season of rockstar that the house band was one of the greatest bands i had ever heard in the world of rock. period. SN will never make a singer sound as good as the shows house band. now dispute that amongst yourselves
Well, sickntired, I’m not a music officionado, so I won’t be debating you claim. I mainly like the show because of the type of music they’re playing and the fact that it doesn’t have as much of a fake feel about it, like American Idol. The contestants seem a little more well-rounded on this show.
I have to say, though, that it’s hard looking at Tommy Lee dressing like a 20 year old, when he’s really starting to look his age. Not that I’m saying he should be wearing a suit.
The House band is really good. But they’re playing stuff that’s been pre written. SN is writing new and origional.
As far as the Old Guy Comment, What about The Rolling Stones? INXS isn’t that young either, There are a lot of Old Fogies out there still rocking up a lot of good stuff tha’t a hell of a lot better than this Pop Shit the younger generation is into, you know, that talentless Pop crap they call music? You know that Rap Crap that has lyrics that do nothing but talk about poping a cap in the ass of another brotha’?
I’d rather listen to some good Ol’ Rock N’ Roll from some talented old fogies than some punk ass garbage anyday!

Mac, I’m not saying that old guys can’t still rock, just that they start looking ridiculous when they’re dressing like a young kid. Sorta like a woman in her 50’s, who still has a nice looking body, wearing a mini-skirt and tons of make-up. That’s all I’m saying.
I’m all for miniskirts on any hot woman. Hold the makeup.
I didn’t say they were hot women that I’ve seen looking like that. Well, at least, their faces didn’t match their bodies. Just picture your grandmother wearing a mini-skirt…that’s what I’m talking about…lol
