You know the saying, "Drink 1 piss 3"? BIg glass of water before you go to sleep, and if you wake up early, don'yt lay there, get up and drink some more water. Mix some salt and sugar in with the water to restore your electrolytes, same thing as a sports drink. Tylenol will just help with a headache, but not the actual hangover. The headache is caused by dehydration, as your brain has actually shrunk. It's pickeled LOL Or, just drink Keiths when you do drink.
