So I was browsing Google News and came across this story. The headline, “Light Drinking Cuts Risk for Death, Heart Attack” gets your eye and you start reading, right? We all want to avoid a heart attack! Google News doesn’t seem to know why, nor does the writer of the article.
I have a guess! They’re more relaxed because alcohol is a depressant! What do ya think? Have a drink, relax, and stress goes away. Stress seems to be the biggest killer, doesn’t it?
Now you know there was no way I was just gonna’ stroll on by without commenting on this…..

I do have a preference for Keith’s IPA and Fuller’s London Pride, but I’ll usually drink beer as long as its wet (probably because some of the batches I’ve made myself have been nasty!). The article doesn’t seem to make a whole lot of sense. i think that this headline, along with many others could have been used and any slant could be spun from it. But, hey, it was fodder for my blog post. LOL.
