I’m going to try some changes in how I moderate my weblog. I’d like opinions about what I’ve implemented. Specifically, if you comment and it doesn’t show, I’d like to know because I’m going to try using Bad Behavior plugin, which doesn’t use image authentication. Its supposed to analyze comments and quietly dispose of spam-like ones.

My 2 link moderation does just fine. But it seems after I started reporting spammers to their hosting providers and having them shut down. My spam has nearly dissapeared. *knock on wood*
Except the one from 209.190.4.10. This one comes in spurts, sometimes 3 or 4 an hour. I can’t be bothered. Bad Behavior seems to be doing the trick without blocking you.

So far so good with Spam Karma Corey. This BB seems to be working out good for you. I know I’m sure not missing having to go and delete that crap 20 times a day.
