Seems that security is the name of the game on the new server. That’s good! Interfered with you seeing my site, though because I had already put in a modification in my .htaccess file to disable a few PHP flags that were causing a security breach in Wordpress. Not good, so I modified the flags to close the hole. Turns out that now my host is more secure than ever, and the server is set the way I modified my file by default and then disabled the ability for websites to modify these files, thus producing the “500 Internal Server Configuration Error” that we don’t like to see at all.

Seems, I’ll be back for the moment, until the “even newer” server is purchased. Thanks, Louis, for solving this issue.

No kidding! I didn’t realise how much I miss that convoluted directory structure in my FTP window. Good to be back online. Now, if I could get back that motivation I had to do a re-write of the index.html…
