Well, I’m back to work now. That was a short week. I went to Nova Scotia after I changed my Wordpress Theme (thanks again, John, for the groundwork). The car sailed along the highway on cruise control. What a dream to drive compared to my previous vehicles. I wasn’t worn out from stress like with my old cars.

Speaking of cars, my old Topaz met with a noble fate. How many people can claim that their car was blown to bits? - besides AMG ;) Yep, the military needed some vehicles for artillery practice, so the guy who sold me the Buick made a few good bux and they army got to blow up a few cars, including my old red Topaz. Brian will be disappointed that the “Buzzmobile” is now gone for good, but at least no one will be saying, “is that Corey’s old car?”, cos its blown to bits!

So Abby is doing very well with her pottie training, so to speak. She’s pretty good at showing the signs of needing to go with the squirming, etc, but sometimes, she still slips up. I must sayt, though, that I’m relieved that she is taking to it with so much gusto. Hopefully soon she will go overnight without any help. Then, we can devote that financial commitment to her college fund :D
I think that Caleb would like to live with Grammie and Grampie. He absolutely loved it there. And, from what I’ve heard, he was a real treat as a guest….my boy???LOL. All that kid seems to need is a big sandpile, which was conveniently supplied a week before by a forgetful excavator (dad had asked for the gravel over a year ago.LOL).

So what do you think about the Smart Car? My aunt and uncle have one. Its deisel and gets about 75mpg. Its a strange looking vehicle and makes my Skylark seem like a road pig (but its sweet to drive). I’m not sure if I like the idea or not. I think that there’s a better way (read MORE POWER).

Anyhoo. I think this is where I stop the post. Perhaps I’ll get John to scan a few of the pics I took on the trip and I’ll post them…
