Well, this movie is proof that Woody Allen has talent and can carry a show, even if nobody in it can act. I somehow watched the whole movie to the end (even though it was the third movie in a row tonight), so there was something there. I have to be in a certain mood to watch one of Allen’s casual, meandering diatribe. The way the actors in this movie handled this style, along with the lofty multiple multi-syllable didactic that Allen is famous for, was absolute tripe. Not one of Allen’s best. He should have ruled with an iron fist!!!!
The movie before that one? 7 Seconds with Wesley Snipes. This movie was packed full of action from beginning to end! Pure entertainment all around. The story doesn’t really matter, although it was a pretty good one, as the action was non-stop! Watch it!
The first of the three? The Jacket. This movie was gripping. If you liked The Butterfly Effect or Gothica, or perhaps Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, then you’ll enjoy this movie. Its got all kinds of wierdness and lots of twists to keep you watching. If you don’t like the genre, then you’ll probably find it to be stupid. Suit yourself. I’d watch it if I were you!
Damn I think this is the most blogging you’ve done, EVER!
Woodie Allen sucks, there’s something about him that just makes me dislike him.
& seconds was Ok, and the Jacket is a pretty good movie too.
I just watch Kindom of Heaven. Now that’s a movie.
Still on the list. Might watch it tonight.
