I stopped at McDonalds tonight after stopping at the Liquor store (did you know there’s now a beer out by Molson called “Kick”? It has Guianna in it - as in caffeine!!!). They did their usual crappy job of serving me. I can’t believe that I dont’ learn! I know that I should stop shopping there and get the same product, only better and COMPLETE, a mile up the road (but its so much out of the way!). I thought that I was clear. I asked for two cheeseburgers with none of their yucky pickles or gross minced crapola onions (its actually to make them do it fresh and HOT) and a small fries for Ange and I also got the 3 chicken strips meal for myself. I asked for Coke with no ice and ketchup for my fries along with honey mustard sauce for the chicken. The girl who took the order entered it into the cash register properly. It all rang onto the screen by the order mike. So, I zipped the car around the corner and waited around 8 minutes to get to the first window to pay. She took my $12 (people used to complain that the roadhouse I worked at charged too much for the food - for $12 you could feed 4 people there!) for the two small meals. Then, I waited (in the drive through, remember) another 5ish minutes to get to the second window and get my food. So, what happened to the Coke? The ketchup? The sauce for the chicken? Silly me! I actually TRUSTED the McCrappolds employee to do their job! What was I thinking? It must be the tumour…

I say shut the place down, nobody should be forced to go through that drama!
This wouldn’t be worthy of note, normally. Once in a while, everybody makes a mistake. But, this is the norm for this location. There’s one up the road (I know that you know, but others don’t. :)) that has a tiny kitchen the size of a closet, stuck in a gas station, and they do as much or more volume and they never make mistakes. They are also 3-4 times faster. But, they’re not close to the beer store. LOL
