I bought a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon tonight. Its from Peller Estates. If the truth be told, its because it was on sale. I’m no afficionado when it comes to wine. I know that I like Mateus and most that I’ve tried from Jost (a good Nova Scotia vinyard - waiting for them to make ice wine - then I take a tour of the winery. Heh heh - free ice wine! Woohoo). Its alright. The flavor is light for a red. I wonder if I should be cleansing my palette with Alexander Keiths India Pale Ale.
